Van Gaal reaches to an agreement with Manchester United to succeed Moyes




News from the Dutch media confirm that Van Gaal will be training the Red Devils after the World Cup.
The newspaper "De Telegraaf" Dutch edition of Saturday revealed that Louis van Gaal current coach of the Netherlands national team will take over the training of Manchester United after the 2014 World Cup held in Brazil next summer.
According to the same source, Van Gaal reached an agreement with the leaders of the Red Devils in the late Friday night .. and the current coach of the Dutch mills negotiates for several days with Manchester United in Portugal, where he owns a house there and he has presence in the negotiations and one of the brothers, owners of the club, "Glazer" and one managers of the club, "Ed Woodward," in addition to the lawyer.
The same source added that Van Gaal will have the possibility to sign players in the summer Mercato where his administration will allocate the Reds amount of 100 million euros for contracts .. It is expected to exist in the company of Van Gaal coaching staff all of Patrick Kluivert in addition to Ryan Giggs.

He is a former football player and current head coach of the Colorado Rapids , was born in August 29, 1976. 

His playing career

Early life:


Pablo Mastroeni moved with his family to the United States from Argentina when he was four years old, where they settled in Phoenix , Arizona.
There , he played youth soccer for the Santos football Club. And when he attended North Carolina State University , played on the men’s soccer team from 1994 to 1997. And then Pablo Mastroeni spent the collegiate off season with the Tucson Amigos of the USISL from 1995 to 1997.

His professional career:

In February 1998, was the first start for Mastroeni professional career where he was selected in the second round ( thirteen overall) of the 1998 MLS College Draft. Then he spent four years with the Fusion , and during his second season with the team he became a regular starter where he played either as central defensive or defensive midfielder , to be named in 2001 the MLS Best XI . the first cap he earned was ion June 7 2001 against Ecuador.
Mastroeni was the first overall choice for the Fusion in 2002 , he went to the Colorado Rapids captaining to their first title in 2010. And in October 28, 2010 he scored his first playoff goal against the Columbus Crew . 

His international career:

Before weeks of the 2002 World Cup , Chris Armas injured and Mastroeni found himself a starter in the opening game when they beat Portugal 3-2.
Then on January 10, 2005 he suffered from injury while training with the national team , where he tore the quadriceps.
Then in 2006 he was named for the second time to the US World cup Squad in his career , and during their match against Italy he was given the red card for an aggressive tackle in the first half. So he missed a three –game suspension because he fined CHF 7.500 and to miss also the first two games of the 2007 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
He was the captain of the team against a friendly game against Mexico.
And finally he called for the first match for World Cup Qualifying of 2010 starting the first three of five final round of the United States.

Coaching career:

He was appointed the head coach of the Colorado Rapids on March 8, 2014, leading them on an interim since Oscar Pareja left for FC Dallas .

Breaking News .. the death of Tito Vilanova




Officially it announced a little while ago departure of the former Barcelona coach, Tito Vilanova, after a long struggle with cancer.
The Quiron Hospital in Barcelona, which handles the coach, has announced today that the state of Villanova health has become a critical after emergency surgery conducted because of stomach problems, before announcing later the death of the Spanish coach.
and Vilanova discovered his illness in 2011 when he was assistant coach of Josep Guardiola in training Barcelona before being his successor in 2012, led Barcelona to the Spanish league title, despite his absence from the bench coach for the team for several months because of his presence in New York for treatment.
Villanova resigned as coach of Barcelona in 2013 after deteriorating  his health and became a full-time need for treatment and was replaced by Argentine coach Gerardo Martino.
Josep Maria Bartomao Barcelona president expressed his sadness and extreme illness following the announcement of the news of the death of Tito Vilanova former technical director of the team, pointing out that he is the epitome of courage, patience and endurance.
The head of the club through his official page on the social networking site "Twitter": "Thank Vilanova, Thanks for everything you gave, no one will forget what you've done and what you did to us, lie in peace."
Bartomao announced the mourning within the walls of the castle Catalan, pointing out that Vilanova will remain immortal in the minds of everyone.
and Vilanova died on Friday from his parotid cancer in a hospital in the city of Barcelona at the age of 45, after a long struggle with the disease.

Mark Watson




His full name is Mark Stewart Watson , was born in September  8, 1970 in Vancouver . he is a Canadian former soccer player and current head coach of San Jose Earthquakes in MLS. He considered the one who has earned the second most caps in the history of the Canadian national team.
Playing Career:
Mark Watson spent 18 years in his professional playing career. Where he first spent three years in the English Championship with Watford FC from 1993-1995, to move then to the MLS in 1996.
Watson split the first MLS season between the New England Revolution and Columbus Crew. In 2001 he returned back to MLS with D.C. United after stops with Oxford United, Seattle Sounders, and Oldham Athletic.
Canadian National Team:
In the Canadian national team , Watson appeared 78 times during a 14 years. Where he played for four World Cup qualifying campaigns, and the CONCACAF Gold Cup in 2000. Watson scored the winning goal for the Canadian national team in 2000 Gold cup over Trinidad and Tobago.
Coaching career:
On June 7, 2013 He became the head coach of San Jose Earthquakes and was introduced as the head coach by general manager John Doyle. He achieved his first win in MLS against the Colorado Rapids on June 15, 2013. Watson spent four seasons as an assistant coach for the Charleston Battery between 2006-2009. He also was an assistant coach for Canada at the 2004 CONCACAF men’s Olympic Qualification Tournament and in 2008 when the team finished third.

Peter Vermes




Peter Joseph Vermes is former professional football player and current head coach of Sporting Kansas City in MLS.
Peter  was born in November 21, 1966 in Willingboro, New Jersey. He spent many years playing in Hungary, the Netherlands and Spain, then he established himself as the best defenders in MLS. He played with many clubs like MetroStars, Colorado Rapids, and the Kansas City Wizards.
Vermes represented his country at the 1998 Summer Olympics , the 1990 FIFA World Cup, and the 1991 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Peter Vermes was selected to the U.S. Soccer Hall of Fame on April 4, 2013.
Playing career:
High School and college:
He grew up in Delran Township , New Jersey plying at Delran High School. Then when he graduated he played in college in his first year on the men’s soccer team at Loyola College in Maryland under the leading of head coach Bill Sento.
The he moved and played three years at Rutgers University from 1985 to 1987.
Professional:
Vermes after graduating went to Europe , where he played in Hungary with Raba ETO FC in 1989, then he moved to the Dutch Eredivisie with Volendam in 1990.  And after one year in 1991 he returned to the United States where Vermes played three seasons scoring only one goal in the American Professional Soccer League with Tampa Bay Rowdies. After that Vermes moved to Spain to play in the Spanish Second Division with Figueres from 1991-to 1995.
As many good players he returned to the United States to play in the MLS in January 1995, he played with the New york Fever of the USISL playing games and scoring goals. Then he moved to the New Jersey MetroStars in the third round of the MLS and captained the team .
Then he moved to Kansas City Wizards doing his best in 2000. Vermes was recognized as the MLS Defender of the year . and he announced his retirement from playing career in the end of 2002 season.
International playing career:
He was not a star for the US national team but he was an important contributor for a period of time. He got his first cap against Columbia on May 14, 1988. Then he got 67 caps for the team in the 1988 Olympics , the 1990 World Cup and the 1991 CONCACAF Gold Cup.
Peter Vermes was named the 1998 U.S. soccer Athlete of the year and U.S. Olympic player  of the year.
He scored 6 goals for the U.S. Futsal team in 1989, in Rotterdam, Holland . Vermes ended his career with 11 caps and 7 goals.
Coaching career:
On November 15, 2006 Vermes signed with the Kansas City Wizards o be his head coach in the MLS . in addition to his work as a coach to the Kansas team he worked as a broadcaster for the San Jose Earthquakes and the technical director of coaching for the Blue Valley Soccer in Overland Park Kansas. He also was the assistant coach for the US under 20 national team.
