offensive intentions and exchanged offensive attempts, especially the Nigerian
team where the moves and speed triple dangerous offensive Ahmed Musa and
Odamnge and Aimnek in depth and parties Bosnia part , and the two teams missed
many opportunities to accelerate their players amid the brilliance of both goalkeepers
as well.
In the sixth minute shot Odamnge rose over crossbar Bosnian
slightly, to miss Bosnian Pesic minute later a shot over the bar, and in the
21st minute New Zealand referee Peter O'Leary canceled a goal for offside scored
by Bosnian Dzeko, but television replays proved wrong decision of the referee,
and Dzeko missed (m 26) chance of scoring a certain goal after breaking free,
the two teams exchanged after wasting opportunities amid the brilliance of goalkeepers
of both teams.
In the second half, the Nigerian team showed evident
superior physically on the Bosnian team, who appeared tired and fatigue on his
players early in the half, and found it difficult to keep up with the
Nigerians.
Nigeria's players took advantage of the physical factor
tactically by trying to keep the ball as much as possible to fatigue Bosnian
through forcing them to run behind the ball, prompting Bosnian coach Safet
Sosic to hold three substitutions within the first quarter of an hour from half
in an attempt to revitalize the team physically.
And Bosnian tried to equalize, especially in the final
minutes of the meeting by the numerical abundance in Nigeria part, and the
right post denied Dzeko ball from entering the goal in the final seconds of the
age of the meeting, to end the game by the win of the Nigerian team with one
goal over the Bosnian.
