Frank Lampard former Chelsea player who bound this summer to the ranks of New York City,
U.S., Studying the moving on loan to Manchester City English Premier League
champions last season on loan.
The English newspaper "The Guardian" mentioned that
Lampard, who left the ranks of the "blues" after the 13-year-shirt
