Ancelotti is looking for Harvesting the Tenth Champions League Title for Real

Real Madrid's new coach Carlo Ancelotti may be shy and attractive but the only thing certain is its continuing ability to win major titles with different clubs.

Ancelotti left (54 years), the richness of Paris Saint-Germain travels to Santiago Bernabeu Stadium because he loves new challenges and hopes Real coach can quickly get the titles as he did at Chelsea while led to the league and cup double in his first season in 2010.

But his achievements in his native Italy is persuaded by Real actually pay money to sign him from Paris St Germain France champion.

And still the getting of the tenth title of the European Cup in a sacred thing for Real president Florentino Perez is an expert under Ancelotti won the Champions League twice with AC Milan in 2003 and 2007.

And the receiving of the manner in which recovered by his team AC Milan advanced in age from losing the final 2005 before Liverpool when it was ahead 3 - zero by the end of the first half to beat rival himself in 2007 highlights the capabilities of training that will want to be at the top in the function of many requirements on top of the device Technical riyals.

Jose Mourinho left Real to return to Chelsea after a disappointing season in the Spanish capital to move to Ancelotti pressure to win titles.

Task will not bother him, although he sometimes seems not to media lights hath. Ancelotti Often falters at press conferences has been hampered by the new requirements to learn Spanish after he learned English and French relatively recently.

At other times, however, Italy midfielder prominent earlier that can represents the spirit of joy and cracking jokes while grinning.

Paolo Maldini wrote in the introduction to CV Ancelotti "imagine people having conversations flowing tears influential guide the team in the crucial moments and in fact there were tears  ... but only because we could not stop laughing."

The picture that will express Ancelotti in his first months in Madrid will depend on the Spanish media.

But he will expect a period of calm after leading PSG to a third league title in its history as a coach and the third in a different country in May last year.

Ancelotti made available to much money to spend in Paris Saint-Germain is supposed to get a good budget in Madrid, but one of the strengths is perceptible when Ancelotti does not change the approach to achieve success.

Despite the sadness due to the loss of the Champions League final 2005, but Ancelotti made only a few changes on a variety of Milan and seven of the team participated in the Istanbul final basic lift the trophy in Athens.

In Chelsea Ancelotti realized that the former interim coach Guus Hiddink was popular and successful victory in the 2009 FA Cup so had little changes and relied on the old guard of Didier Drogba and Frank Lampard and John Terry to achieve success. And the benefits of continuity reap as Chelsea retained the title of the cup and won the Premier League, scoring 103 goals.

However it is possible to argue that devotion to his players has had a negative impact not only positive. And Milan rose up to win a European, but at the local level and the difficulties encountered during the second half of his term, which lasted eight years and failed to get closer to add more to the title only progress in the Serie A in 2004 after restricting age and lack of tactical activity.

Ancelotti was sacked from Chelsea after a second season without Championships, where the failure to take advantage of his success in the first season and signed with Fernando Torres and David Lewis in huge deals in January, but it came too late.

Torres did not acclimate well and David Lewis made several mistakes while his forces seemed a bit outdated list. Despite the lack of progress titles only that the dismissal decision taken by club owner Roman Abramovich was surprising.

The biggest surprise in the next task for Ancelotti as it failed to win the French league title in his first season with Paris Saint-Germain.

Ancelotti replaced Antoine Kombawarah in December 2011 and the rich team at the top of the French league, but ended up in second place behind Montpellier submerged before they succeed this year and qualify for the quarter-finals of the Champions League.

Ancelotti appearances Did not show on comfort at all in the Parc de Princes stadium as hopes were too high in the Champions League relatively modest did not know much about it before his appointment as Real fans will hope that the Italian coach acclimate better in Madrid after he asked to leave France.

And personal work after like Mourinho also has consequences.

After a promising start to his coaching career with Reggiana and Parma was the only stumbled in Juventus failing to win the title between 1999 and 2001 after he replaced Marcello Lippi and failed to leave his mark?

Juventus returned to Libby after the departure of Ancelotti, although there is no danger that the SR does so with Mourinho, but Perez has proven that he will not be standing next to the coach is not the best.
